Andreas is a 'Serial CFO' and legal expert and he is also is the CFO at Falkensteiner South Tyrol and Partner & Managing Director at Falk Tours. He is internationally experienced in Finance & Controlling from startups to consolidated balance sheets, even being part of a successful startup exit just recently. He holds a number of CFO and Board roles in startups and grownups.

Beat Blaser is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Falkensteiner Ventures. He gained a comprehensive overview of travel and hospitality tech startups, managing a diverse portfolio of investments. Until 2018, Beat was MD at Thomas Cook for their City/Domestic tour operator platform, serving multiple markets in Continental Europe, the UK, and the Nordics. Currently, he is a Board Member in several startups and grownup companies in travel and hospitality across Europe.

Erich is the founder, chairman and co-owner of FMTG Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group which includes 30+ Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences in 7 countries and more than 20 other companies. He is a gifted doer-type and networker, a founder since he was 19 years old and has been an Angel Investor for several years.

Ingrid mainly manages Falkensteiner Ventures office, dealflow and events.

Simon is serial entrepreneur who knows the needs and challenges of the startup sphere, he is technical expert with a broad network and wants to accelerate digitalization and encourage business optimization especially by use of AI and big data. Simon is also a co-founder of RateBoard revenue management. They completed a successful exit and were acquired by Zucchetti Group in 2020. Second time founder with profitize.io in 2024.
